Description
Eurosearch have been tasked to source an experienced Instrumentation Engineer for our client in Norway. They are going through significant growth and expansion. Part of a global marine company this division has won new projects providing offshore engineering, procurement and project management services within the electrical and instrumentation area's for their clients. In addition, the company offer opportunities for continuous technical development on both domestic and international EPC projects. A flexible working environment + extensive benefits are offered to the successful candidate. Interviews are happening soon, they are prepared to wait for the right person to start and serve their full notice period with current employers. This is a permanent staff role.

Additional Requirements
To join this market leading organisation you should be a proven instrumentation engineer and held "Lead" roles for several years in marine and on and offshore projects. The successful person shall be motivated and ambitious and capable of leading their instrumentation department.
You will manage and develop well qualified and motivated engineers and you shall have the following:
* Experience in line management and leadership
* 5 - 10 years relevant experience in offshore / marine instrumentation engineering
* knowledge in tender, contract and classification work
* Spoken and written Norwegian and English.
